Worst ever!!

Don’t stay here! It’s disgusting!! There were bags of garbage by the elevator. The halls were in vacuumed and dirty. There was never anyone at the desk, even when we’d ring the bell. The breakfast was a. Huffing or breakfast bar and coffee. No creamer. Don’t waste your money or time on this place!!

Basic and clean but I won’t return

Clean, basic kitchenette supplies, comfortable bed. Damaged lounge chair and wall behind chair, shower door would not close. Bar soap only, no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. No hairdryer. Breakfast only coffee and snack bars.

This place was disgusting. The hallways smelled like literal poop and the room stank of cigarettes. The outer door didn't close/ lock properly so anyone could get in and there were no screens on our windows. The bed was super uncomfortable and the fitted sheet didn't fit properly and kept slipping off. People were yelling out in the parking lot and at the nearby bar all night. I had to book this stay last minute because my mother was admitted to the nearby hospital and it cost nearly $200 for an absolute trash heap.

The front desk guy was so high fro marijuana that he reaked of that we had to wake him up while he was sleeping on the counter and then he didnt remember checking is in five minutes prior. We rented a room with a pullout couch and a queen bed and we didn't have a pullout couch. We had to ask family to borrow a cot for our daughter. Breakfast was not out when it was supposed to be, it was hours late and all the food(milk and snacks for the baby spoiled because the fridge didnt work) we have always had good experiences at extended stay in Des Moines but this is absolutely ridiculous. How does this guy even have a job?
