The staff was polite and friendly. The condition of the hotel and the room was a concern. The pool and hot tub have been out of order for months. I knew that going in that is why I got the hot tub room. The hot tub was dirty and full of hair and there was something sticky on the tile that had not been cleaned. Also the ice and vending machines were out of order on the first floor and vending on third were also out of order. I gave a sense of disrepair for the whole place.

Penny and Sasha were amazing! I was staying because of a friend’s medical emergency and didn't have plans, everything I needed, etc. Penny and Sasha fixed me up! Between flexibility with rooms and a phone charger and just plain caring and concern, I felt taken care of and a burden lifted during a difficult time. Highly recommend Microtel for its convenient location, medical-clinic rates and caring staff. Will aways be my top-choice for Minot stays.

I've stayed here twice now and both times have been lovely - but what made this stay a 5-star experience was the exceptional customer service I received from Hailie!
