Upon check in, standing at the front desk….my spouse unloaded the car, filled the cart, brought it in, parked the car, walked in and…. I was still waiting for the front desk staff to arrive …upon their arrival a very strong smell of marijuana arrived simultaneously. Although she was very nice and friendly. We then went to our room, it was ok. Couch was stained, coffee table was so wobbly that we didn’t want to use it in fear of it collapsing. The floor appeared to be mopped via the smears and marks visible. Went to grab breakfast in the morning, 3 oatmeal packet options, 1 chocolate muffin, 2 types of granola bars…this is not breakfast!! Surprisingly disappointed as I certainly expected better. When we visit Minot again we WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE.

Rooms were a good size. Need more trash bins around the property- we had a dog with us and struggled to find garbage reciprocals outside. Otherwise we had a nice stay

The carpeting was pretty dirty looking. In need of replacing or cleaning. Furniture could definitely be changed. Everything else is pretty good. Staff were pretty friendly.

Waited at the front desk for 10 minutes when we arrived. The carpet in the room was disgustingly dirty. The furniture is scratched up, there were parties in the room beside and above ours until around 3 AM.

The room was spacious with the separate bedroom. Kitchen area was just what we needed with stovetop and eating area. Breakfast was just coffee and few other things. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Very clean and spacious. Our only issue was that we waited for 40 minutes for someone to come and check us in. There was a sign on the counter so we assumed it would be a few minutes not over a half hour which in turn made us late to the event we were going to and clerk never apologized or asked how long we waited

From the check in to the checking out, everything went well. The staffing was helpful friendly and recommended us to places when we asked for restaurant. The space of the room was just perfect space. Loved that it was away from the all the traffic noise so we got well deserved rest. Definitely be back when we go and visit
