We stayed here 2 years ago and it was fabulous, so of course we chose to stay again. Very disappointed. Room was designated handicapped accessible, there were NO safety grab bars in bathroom anywhere! The breakfast was terrible. You had to request clean towels, toilet paper. Our ice machine was not working, they looked and never came back. Not recommending this hotel.

Room was great, blackout curtains good, climate control good, noisy refrigerator (had to turn off to sleep), good in room coffee,private bath seperate from dressing area is a must since no ventilation fans for toilet use. Bed average. Pillows one size and too tall for me. No coffee on a Saturday AM in food court is unacceptable and having to use paper plates and plastic ware on weekends makes for a bad breakfast experience at such a nice pricey hotel.Food staff unfriendly when questioned about both. The GM would not honor the advertised 15% discount because the room was booked via Expedia. Expedia would not honor the discount either which was not understandable? Lesson is book straight with property and not Expedia for flexibility in rates. Will stay at the Holiday Inn Express on our next visit as had great visit with them 2 weeks prior.

We stayed in a Queen room. Nice little kitchenette. Ok for comfort sofa. The bed could use a new mattress. The bathroom area is cramped with an awkward layout The hotel is clean unless you are looking for dirt, you find it in the corners.

Mixed Experience – Friendly Staff but Poor Room Cleanliness The front desk staff was welcoming and friendly, which was a great first impression. However, the room itself was disappointing. The sheets and pillowcases had an unpleasant body odor, there was hair in the bathtub, and food crumbs were left near the bed. Unfortunately, these cleanliness issues made for a less-than-relaxing stay.

I appreciated the early check in but there was no front desk person when I walked in. I waited about 10 mins for someone to come up. I didn’t have enough towels or extra bedding ready.
