Ariel Dunes is a non-smoking building. This includes the balconies. There is a designated smoking area downstairs, but smoking is not allowed in hallways, stairwell, balcony or unit. The association has cameras in the common areas and fine $100 per incident and eviction. No Pets, no exceptions.

Seascape Resort charges a parking fee of $15 per vehicle per stay shorter than 15 days. Included in the reservation is 1 parking pass. If you need a different amount of parking passes please let us know immediately, so we can adjust the charge accordingly. We will mail out the amount of paid parking passes once the final payment has been made.

Once you stay in our unit, when it comes time to leave, you already are planning you next trip back.The master bedroom includes a premium extra thick pillow top King size bed with dresser and night stands, TV/DVD player, clock radio and closet. This room includes a private vanity and toilet and access to the full bathroom which is also accessed from the hallway. The view from the bedroom is equally impressive as a look from the window will offer one a wonderful view across the Seascape Golf course and out to the Choctowatchee Bay.The living room features a large sleeper/sofa, a chair and coffee table, a large flat screen LCD HDTV with DVD player. A floor to ceiling sliding glass door opens from the living room to the patio and offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico.The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless steel GE Profile appliances which includes a 26-inch side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and a built-in microwave. In addition, the kitchen has been fully equipped with all utensils, plates, cookware, can opener and toaster for optimum convenience.The two built-in bunk beds with memory foam mattresses are sure to keep the kids deep asleep after a long day at the beach, and another couple can comfortably sleep on the pull out queen size sleeper sofa. Ariel Dunes is a brand new 24 story tower that has two huge pools total over 11,000 square feet and includes several fountains with large deck areas and plush landscaping.As an added benefit, one of the pools is heated in the spring. The zero entry level pool with the "Mushroom Fountain" is great for the little ones.
The resort area features an affordable 18-hole championship golf course, convenient beach access to over 2000 feet of powder white sand and emerald green water, eight tennis courts, several fresh water lakes, beach service, water sports rentals and magnificent shopping at the nearby Silver Sands Outlet Mall.Our rates are guaranteed to be the best for the quality that you will receive when you stay in our great condo. Winter guest have to purchase their own parking pass. During Spring Break and Summer, we only rent Saturday to Saturday. Sometimes we have a gap and are able to accommodate shorter stays or different day check in. Email to ask if that is the case please. otherwise we will not honor the reservation.
