This twenty floor condo (2004), in Ariel Dunes II, features one of the best views in the building with miles of pristine beach on full dispay from the balcony! A very short walk to a private beach and you will be relaxing in the sand. This condo sleeps 6 with a master bedroom (kingg size bed), guest bedroom with two twin beds, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedroom and living room. Condo comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access. Guests booking through our website also have the option for Pack' N play rental. 
Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

We had a lovely view of the beach from the 20th floor! And the sunsets were spectacular!!We really enjoyed our stay at Seascape. The condo was pretty comfortable and well stocked with the basics needed for cooking and cleaning. The grounds were lovely and it was great to be able to walk the grounds and the beach.Our host was extremely accommodating and responsive to any of the small issues we had, and they are very friendly!! We will definitely stay with them again!

We came down with our two teens. The location was what we were looking for. The property was beautiful and everything as advised. I have lupus and walking long distances is a struggle. The parking near the beach was used daily by us. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Stunning View

Beautiful condo, in a great location with a stunning view. A lot to do in the area. My only suggestion is if you have young kids like me, scope out the condo first and put delicates up high where young kids can't reach! The condo is beautifully decorated with large seashells, which can, unfortunately, attract the younger ones lol. But easy enough to handle if you know about them! Overall we loved the stay and wished we could have stayed even longer. Thank you!
