We loved our condo - everything was perfect upon arrival. It was clean and had very nice furnishings. We also loved the location. It was a short walk or drive to anywhere we wanted to go. We hope to come back again!

This place did not disappoint! It was impeccably clean with a view that Knox or socks off! They have very very limited supplies so keep that in mind.(no salt, pepper, aluminum foil, extra garbage bags, or Ziploc bags etc.) there are many grocery stores around the area, so getting what we needed was easy. The beach is literally feet from the condo. Which means you can be on the beach in three minutes and catch the sunset. Bring beach towels! The guest bedroom is quite tight, so keep that in mind if you have two large adults. It was awesome having two bathrooms! I would definitely come back. Bob And Mary were over and above helpful in making sure everything was set for us. I’ve rented many many places and I’ve never had another host this gracious and responsive!

First, Hosts Bob & Mary are great, all the details you need, great communication and immediate responses. The place itself is awesome with THE VIEW!! Whether morning, noon or night, it was hard to leave the balcony! The sunsets…WOW!! Perfect location on the water and near everything. Spotless, well-appointed, great recommendations on dining, etc. we plan on returning!!

The place was as described.Couple of housekeeping things: 2 dirty towels still hanging in the main bath. A yellow stain on white bed spread in main bedroom.A little surprised not to find paper towel, tissue or even a tiny bit of coffee to get us started. Thank goodness there was a roll of TP in each of the bathrooms. Parking spot was convenient.

4th of July Week

Wonderful condo with all the comforts of home!! Beautiful gulf view yet conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and grocery store. My husband loved the parking….great perk!! We’ve stayed in this condo unit a few times and each time it’s perfect. Bob and Mary are very gracious hosts and their communication far exceeds any that I’ve had elsewhere. The location is perfect. The view is perfect. The stay is always perfect. It’s pretty much the only condo unit we rent these days.

The Best Beach Getaway!

Bob and Mary’s condo is the perfect beach getaway! This was our 2nd year staying .. we have booked for a 3rd year next September 2024! The condo is well maintained, clean and has the perfect view of the Gulf. Parking in the parking garage is so convenient. There are so many great restaurants close by. We rented a golf cart this year and will be doing that for now on! It is a great way to get around. Thanks to Bob and Mary for their great hospitality!
