Welcome to the Claire De Lune beach cottage, a hidden gem along a breathtaking coastline. This charming beach house features three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It sleeps up to 11 people, making it perfect for families.

Arriving at Claire De Lune, you'll be greeted by elegant white picket fences. Inside, a spacious and stylishly designed interior awaits. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for memorable culinary experiences. The driveway offers covered parking and a grilling area.

Enjoy quick beach access via a brick path and boardwalk, relax in the community pool, and enjoy nearby shopping and dining. Claire De Lune Beach Cottage perfectly combines beachside bliss and proximity to our local attractions.

Home Layout - Sleeps 11:
1st Floor: Kitchen, living area with sofa sleeper (sleeps 2). Bedroom with Queen bed and twin-size sleeper chair (sleeps 3). Bathroom next to the Queen bedroom, one covered parking spot, and propane grill.
2nd Floor - Bedroom with Queen bed, twin-size sleeper chair, and en-suite bathroom (sleeps 3). Primary Bedroom with King bed, twin-size sleeper chair, and en-suite bathroom (sleeps 3).

The driveway can accommodate up to two vehicles. Additional street parking is available throughout the neighborhood on a first come basis.

Small dogs may be allowed. Please inquire about our pet policy and fees. You assume all responsibility for your pet, including waste pickup and any fines for violating local rules.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps using high-speed internet at over 300 Mbps. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

*The pool is heated from March 1st through April 15th.

Four beach chairs and a wagon are provided at the home for you to take to the beach.

Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

This home contains a starter set of paper supplies and toiletries. The guest is responsible for purchasing more amenities if needed.

We offer discounted prices for local attractions, street-legal golf carts, and bicycle rentals. Full details are provided within a welcome email containing all available options.

Only guests over 25 may book this home. Party or college groups are not allowed. Violating this will result in eviction without a refund.

Please note before booking this property:

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

PET POLICY This property is dog-friendly for up to 2 dogs, each weighing under 50 lbs, provided they are well-trained. A $350 flat pet fee per dog, per stay applies. Dog owners accept full responsibility for their dog(s) during their stay. Please note that if pets are not declared prior to booking, an additional non-refundable charge may apply. To avoid this, please ensure all pet details are shared before travel. Please inquire for any special circumstances or exceptions.

This property is a smoke-free facility. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property including balconies and common areas. Violations will result in forfeiture of your stay.

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
