The splendid golf course view from the back porch is matched only by the impeccable interior “coastal chic” décor. Located in the Mediterranean inspired community of Villa Lago at the Resort, this home is situated near the neighborhood swimming pool and directly on the picturesque Baytowne Golf Course. The shops, restaurants and entertainment at the Baytowne Wharf are within walking distance. Our guests will enjoy spinning over to the beach on one of two 6 seater golf carts.

“Simply stunning” describes the relaxed elegant design and furnishings. Every detail is thoughtfully chosen with comfort in mind. There is plenty of comfy seating in the living areas for guests along with outdoor conversation seating. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless appliances, kitchen bar seating, and all the dishware and cookware needed to whip up a meal.

Conveniently located on the first floor is a guest bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom. Upstairs you will find a stylish master suite with a king bed, generous walk in closet and a luxurious master bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and separate shower. There is a private balcony with an amazing golf course view that is accessed directly from the master suite. Just down the hallway is a guest bedroom with two queen beds and a private bathroom. An additional guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a private bathroom. A laundry room with a full size washer and dryer is located in the upstairs hallway.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight with world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-jumping trampoline, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at the Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time.

The sandy white beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House restaurant. There is a miniature golf course in the resort, and adults can enjoy golf on several of the Resort golf courses.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
