SAM! She is a great representative for your business — careful, cautious, concerned — a real professional. Give that girl a raise … she makes your business shine! I stayed during LADYWORLD and Pop2000K Miramar Beach Concert series with TOPEKA and I loved the property. It was very clean, modern, and most of all, very safe. Also, it is a short drive to the beach and to Outcast seafood. There is also a washer dryer on premises, second floor beyond the elevators. Shout out to Sam and all the staff who make this a really nice property.

Booked the hotel for a great price! Staff were nice. The location is close to the beach and places to shop and eat. Haven’t had the free breakfast, so I couldn’t speak on that. However I didn’t like the hotel itself. I can tell it’s an older building. My room had a lot of marks on the walls. It was dirt in certain places that accumulated cause it was never clean. The room felt very dirty. I do my own cleaning at every hotel I stay at, for a piece of mind and it seems like housekeeping did a poor job cleaning. The floor in the bathroom was disgusting. I don’t walk barefoot in hotels but my kids don’t listen and do. It was still leftover hair from previous guests in the bathroom and room. So not a horrible stay but definitely didn’t feel too comfortable because I know it was not clean to my standard. Don’t think I would stay again.

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I regretted booking it. The entire lobby reeked of cigarette smoke, which was an immediate red flag. The front desk clerk, in a clearly desperate attempt to boost their ratings, offered to waive my deposit if I agreed to leave a 5-star review before I had even seen the room. That alone speaks volumes about the state of this property. Shockingly, during check-in, I was never even asked for ID. The front desk clerk simply asked, "Is your name [my name]?" and when I said yes, she handed me the keys. That means anyone could have walked in, claimed to be me, and been given access to the room. This is a huge security issue and shows how careless the staff is when it comes to guest safety.Once I entered the room, the cigarette smell was overpowering, despite having specifically booked a non-smoking room. Worse yet, both privacy shades were broken and lying on the floor, meaning the room was completely exposed to outside view and early morning sunlight. The front desk said there were no other rooms available and that maintenance had already left for the night. So, after a 7-hour drive, we were stuck in a smoky room with zero privacy or functional window coverings and no resolution.The clerk apologized, saying they hadn’t realized it was supposed to be a non-smoking room and made a half-hearted attempt to fix the blinds, but nothing worked. Terra said they don’t give refund no matter what issues a guest experiences there.

Hotels.com never sent our reservation to the hotel! Thankfully they had room but checkin took about 30 mins with a not too happy employee and people waiting behind us. The first room they gave us had no a/c and when we went to take a shower in the morning no hot water. Glad we we’re only here for a night.
