The downstairs floorplan is an open one, flowing from the Entryway, to the Kitchen, to the Dining Area, to the Living Room, and out to the Patio. The Kitchen’s stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and dual oven must be mentioned. The Dining Area’s table can be set for six, while additional bar seating is at available at the Kitchen counter. The Living Area’s large TV and wrap around sofa ensures plenty of space for watching TV and relaxing. The bathroom on the bottom floor has a walk-in shower. The Patio seating is the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun.
