Very clean, professional staff and I just love the suite hotel rooms!! It so spacious and I was surprised at how affordable the night fare was!! Excellent service, perfect location and most of all very very clean facilities and room!!! Definitely recommend & I will be back!!! Beach access and Surf Hut right across the street!!

Room walls are thin, can hear people talking on either side late into the night. Complementary drinks from the bar, evidently bar tender neglected to let us be aware of what was free. I get maybe paying taxes, but still got charged for drinks. One morning our bathroom stunk bad like we was getting another rooms bathroom stench.

The whole staff was excellent. We enjoyed our stay immensely. From the front desk to the breakfast staff to the evening social, everyone was super kind and helpful. We especially enjoyed Pim at the bar.

The front end receptionist was unhelpful. I needed a luggage cart- I requested help to find one and nothing was done. I had to walk floor by floor until I found 2. I brought both of them down to the entrance.

When I first arrived at the hotel, they had one guest relations person taking reservations and the line was about 40 very unfriendly. If I hadn’t already paid I would’ve just left several problems with the room first room was adjoining kids screaming so they finally moved us to another room That room the toilet overflowed so in the middle of the night they moved us to another room wasn’t a good experience
