When we checked in it was 9pm and the front desk attendant had an attitude that made us seem like we were an inconvenience. Was very stern to let us know no partying or we will be charged. We were only there overnight. The breakfast was great and the service at that time was great. Rooms are comfy and roomy.

Great quick birthday getaway. My husband and I had a good time. Hotel's location is perfect, near the beach and restaurants etc. Hotel staff was nice and the breakfast was good as always at any Embassy Suites. The only thing with this property I would say is that they need to upgrade on their furniture throughout the hotel. It's a lot of wear and tear but overall I would stay again.

A great hotel overall with great staff! We will return for sure. Fantastic breakfast and a complimentary drink in the evening was a nice touch. The staff was super polite and they were constantly cleaning. A well run facility. We loved the private beach as well. The only thing that could use a little help is the pool/spa and some of the furnishings are showing a little age. A great experience overall and we look forward to returning soon.

This place was beautiful! We enjoyed everything about the stayed! The staff (all of them from front desk to house keeping to chefs and servers) were very kind and polite! The room was spacious and clean! The breakfast was excellent and the complementary drinks and snacks in the evening were great! Heated pool and jacuzzi! It was all great! I will be staying again for sure!

Bad experience

This was a last minute stay for our family as we were waiting out the storms. During our time, there seemed to be a lot of young (5-7 year old) children running around without adults. When we got off the elevator on our floor, there were teenagers laying on the floor playing video games and on their phones. One front desk staff was nice but the second girl I spoke with didn’t even say hello when I approached the desk. She could NOT have seem more bothered and unwelcoming when I very kindly asked her for a couple more towels. We were not allowed to check in 1-2 hours early without paying despite our rooming being open. We left at 4 am to get home since we had a long drive so obviously didn’t get to use the morning breakfast that was included. You would think this fact would let us get in early with our kids but no. I have never felt more out of place in a hotel than this one. One nice thing is that the pool is heated but the hot tub water looked so gross and cloudy I wouldn’t even step into it.

THE WALLS ARE THIN! I could hear the persons in the next room entire conversations, and I was not trying at all to hear them. Other than that, it was a good experience. Very close to the beautiful Miramar Beach.
