Our stay was good. They do have a private beach access, the only downside is that you have to cross the street to access it.
Our room was large, but it was hot. It was like an apartment—a living room and bedroom separated by a door—and it only had two small air vents. We had the temp set at 71 degrees and during the day it wouldn’t get colder than 76 to 77 degrees. It also didn’t help that the bedroom air vent was in the far left corner under the vanity sink.
They do offer free afternoon snacks and complimentary drinks for the adults upon arrival. They also have free breakfast, which you can get an omelet made or just go to the buffet and get the breakfast. Everything was fresh and hot.
Room service is available but the prices are crazy expensive and they add a $5 fee plus 20-23% to your already expensive order. It’s better to just go out to a restaurant and eat. Or bring your own food… $48 for a steak is crazy to me, but that’s just me.
The pool is clean, but small.
If you go to the beach, I’d recommend you take your own chairs and umbrellas. You’re not able to place the umbrella in front of the hotel’s chairs, but you can place them beside it. It costs $45 plus tax to rent an umbrella and two chairs for a day. Just a heads up!!
They also provide you a number to text in case you need help, we texted the number at 8:49 pm on Sunday and didn’t receive a response until 12:04 am Monday.
Overall, the stay was good but I’ll do more research on my next visit for sure!!
