Hidden Dunes 1703 is a light and airy condominium with stunning Gulf views. Come and enjoy the relaxing getaway in this updated getaway. You can enjoy two bedrooms to accommodate up to six with a King bed in the Primary bedrooms and two Double beds in the second bedroom. Amenities on-site include access to 3 swimming pools and outdoor hot tubs, a tennis facility with court time to rent, walking trails, and a children's play area.
Located in the sought-after Hidden Dunes Gulf and Racquet Resort, this community features a professional Tennis and Pickleball Center with 6 Rubico clay tennis courts and 3 hard-surface pickleball courts. The Rubico clay courts, maintained daily for top playing conditions, meet the highest standard for clay surfaces. Proper tennis attire is required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to schedule a match, join a clinic, or book private lessons. Equipment rentals and session costs are available upon inquiry. Guests also enjoy dedicated deeded beach access exclusive to Hidden Dunes, making it the perfect destination for both relaxation and recreation.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Relaxation at its best!
The property was in the perfect location! The views and the beach were stunning. The listing photos to my surprise were very accurate. It was an enjoyable vacation thanks to in part the ease and home style comfort of this unit and complex. Hidden Dunes had a lovely quiet, tucked away feeling. Appreciated, that the complex had security 24 hrs for an added comfort not that it ever felt like it was even needed. Definitely, will be utilizing property management company Newman Daily again.

Lovely condo
The condo was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was stocked with every possible convenience, including a Keurig Coffee maker. Our stay was very much like staying I’m someone’s ho,e.
The only suggestion I would make to your listing is that beach access is not available for someone who is elderly or not able to climb steep stairs.

Pure bliss
Absolutely loved everything about our stay in Miramar Beach. The condo was exactly as seen in pictures. The beach was stunning. I’ve never seen such clear water & the sand is so soft. The daily beach set up of an umbrella and 2 chairs was so convenient. Pool was lovely too. Loved how it was less crowded than Destin is. We will definitely be back and stay at Hidden Dunes again. Thank you for the relaxing vacation we really needed!

Our condo was perfect security is amazing and we had no issues at all. The only suggestion I would make is telling people who book about the elevator combination needed to get to the room before they arrive we had to drag our luggage up one flight of stairs before we got into our room to get the code to the elevator. Otherwise we had a perfect stay!

Miramar beach is perfect!
This condo did not disappoint ! It was very clean, looks just like the pics online, and has a spectacular view! It had a fully stocked kitchen and all the comforts of home. We were very happy with it and would book again.
