Our 2nd year in this same property, and we are comfortable there. However, the level of cleaning seems to have suffered. We found nail clippings on the Livingroom rug, mold around parts of the shower, beach items under bed with loads of sand ( I know sand is unavoidable, but this was extreme). Hot tub timer was locked up for several days, unable to use.
