We requested an end room on the top floor and got it. Nice view of the pool and room was very clean. We went down for a drink and the bartender was pleasant and gave us some suggestions where to explore. The breakfast was top notch. I was full for the whole day! Nice variety for everyone to choose from. Front desk was helpful and also the manager seem to enjoy his job. We loved the location because it was quiet and the shops were easy to walk to and the beach not far away. We will definitely be back next year with more family members. Thanks Hyatt. Glad I switched my resos from the Embassy Suites to Hyatt.

I book king sized room they cancel and gave me queen size . And staff at reception beside one person , one of them was helpful. When i check-in i strictly told them about no room service/cleanliness until i check out , but despite that they clean my room in my absence.

I am not happy and more than pissed off. I arrived on the day of my reservation and I was early. I understood that I couldn't get a room at that time but asked if I could go ahead and pre check in and was told no. I am on a motorcycle and just rode 490 miles so I check in my luggage. I have ticket in hand when I arrive back to be told, there are no rooms available. I asked for a manager and was told they were home. The hostess did find a room close by but I made reservation at the Hyatt. I was offered points. I didn't want points, I wanted to stay at the Hyatt. No happy.

Hotel was amazing, clean and attractive space. Our kids loved the pool and the breakfast was well stocked with lots of variety. One change I would suggest would be to have a free coffee bar 24 hours. Also the coffee available at the breakfast was not good.

Our stay was very pleasant. There's only one bothersome aspect. I like to drink my coffee outside and read or listen to the birds. I was able to drink my coffee, but there was music from speakers everywhere I went on the property. And the music was awful.
