Your roof top bar and restaurant was not open despite a sign stating it would open at 5pm on 1/19/26 -it was not even cold outside and your staff told us it was not open “to protect your staff” -it was 10/11 degrees Celsius and warm in the sun ?? This was the main reason I booked your hotel for the night - very disappointed
