We truly love Destin as our favorite vacation spot. The home was beautifully decorated and with modern amenities. The house was clean and well kept. We were glad to be able to bring our pups with us and appreciated the dog bowls fenced back yard.It was thoughtful to have the light switches labeled to make navigating the home so much easier. The distance to the beach was a short 10-11 minute walk. The community pool was clean and relaxing.Our hosts provided great communication and were very responsive during booking and throughout our stay.We enjoyed our time and would definitely rebook!Thank you!!

The place is exactly as pictured. So cozy after a day at the beach. Well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. It is in a nice neighborhood where I enjoyed long walks every day. It is a short walk to their private beach. We chose to drive and found easy parking in the Pompano Joes lot just a couple minute drive away. The owners are truly concerned that you have a wonderful stay and reach out to make sure you know they are there if you need them. There are so many good restaurants close by as well. We did Pompano Joes, Austins on 98 (OMG best lobster roll ever went twice) Surf Hut, Kenny Ds and Captain Daves. Thank you, Jerry and Liron for a wonderful week at the beach. We had a lovely time.

Overall enjoyable

Little further from the beach than we liked there is no parking close to the properties private entrance therefore have to use the public parking entrances and walk down to the private beach If you wanted to use it. The property was clean and very quiet between bedrooms! It would have been nice to know prior to coming they only give you a small amount of toilet paper, paper towel, dish pods, trash bags ect for the price there should have been plenty of toilet paper provided. all in all great property.

Comfortable and Accessible

We spent a week here and had a family of 4 adults, 2 teens, 1 pre-teen, and a baby. This house had room for everyone and was extremely comfortable. Loved all the special touches of access to beach chairs, toys, and cart. The pool was warm and the kids loved having access to tennis and pickleball too! Not to mention having private beach access. We would definitely recommend this house!!!

Beautifully Appointed Home in Avalon beach estates

Recently updated spacious home with beautiful furnishings and everything you need to enjoy a great vacation with family or friends. 3 big bedrooms with multiple beds. Great amenities starter kit to get you enjoying your stay right away. Quick walk to the community heated pool, or short walk to the beautiful private beach. Great host. Very quick to respond if any questions or needs during your stay. would stay here again in a second.

We selected this property for our stay for my sons baseball tournament. We had a few hiccups but they were swiftly addressed. Communication with the owners was easy and the response time was super fast. The home was very clean and met our expectations. Everything was perfect!

My wife, kid, dog and I all loved this house! It’s perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of both their private and a public beach! The backyard had plenty of room for our dog and the community pool and sports courts were a great change in pace from the beach. The house was very clean, modern, and updated. They had beach toys, towels, and anything a family could need for a beach vacation. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay

We had a wonderful time at this property. The owners were very accommodating and provided all the necessary information in advance and made sure we had a smooth, worry free vacation. The house is well maintained and in a quiet neighborhood. The private neighborhood pool is a quick 5 minute walk away and the beach with private access is about a 10 minute walk away for a family of four. And the awesome provided beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella are a nice touch (four chairs could be useful based on the type of renters this house would attract but hey they are free to use and worked great!) Thank you for allowing us into your home I have already spoken to quite a few people about our stay and how happy we were!

Very nice house in quiet neighborhood with private beach access.

This is a very nice house and was only a 10 minute walk to the private neighborhood entrance to Miramar Beach. The house was clean and the owners were responsive. We enjoyed the screened in porch as the weather was perfect during our visit. The neighborhood is well maintained and quiet with a community pool. Several good restaurants only minutes away.

Perfect beach getaway

Our experience was amazing all around and surpassed our expectations. Extremely clean and modern. Loved the open floor plan. The owners put so much attention to all the little details. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed bike rides to the beach and neighborhood pool. Also, enjoyed our evenings relaxing in the backyard while grilling. Highly recommend this property!
