This luxury beachfront townhome has four bedrooms and a new bunk room with four bathrooms and a private splash pool overlooking the beach. The house features an upscale living room, granite countertops in the kitchen with stainless steel VIKING appliances, and hardwood floors throughout the second and third floors. This three-story Gulf front home, located in the Frangista Beach community, features breathtaking balcony views.

The first floor of this home offers a living area with a wet bar and flat-screen TV, and has a full bathroom for guests making use of the King bedroom. There is also a new bunk room located on the first floor. There is a private, jetted splash pool on the balcony, overlooking the Gulf. When you step outside you will find a private walkway to the beach.

The main living and dining areas are located on the second floor. The kitchen is equipped with Viking professional appliances including a gas cooktop, plus granite countertops and custom cabinets. The guest room on this floor is furnished with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a charming Romeo balcony.

There are two bedrooms on the third floor. The master suite has a wet bar fridge, a private balcony on which to sip your morning coffee, and a large private bathroom with a walk-in travertine shower that has two large shower heads and a garden tub. The third bedroom is furnished with a King bed and is adjacent to another full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Seaside Treasure is an all-clean bedding participant.

POOL HEATING (Available Oct-May) - The private splash pool (not a hot tub) can be heated for an additional $45/day plus tax, and must be purchased for the entire stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5

Parking available for up to 3-4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off-site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more than 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.

The property was exactly as listed. The house was immaculately clean when we arrived. The pool on the balcony was so nice for the children at the end of the day. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the bedding was nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the ice machine was a definite plus!!! The elevator was great for our 90+ grandma who travelled with us. The beach chairs and beach towels were great. The location was perfect! I will return to Seaside Treasure as soon as I can!

Stayed here with my spouse, adult children, and their significant others. Could not have asked for a better place to spend the week. All main bedrooms have king beds with luxurious linens (my wife has spent hours researching where to buy them), and are super comfy (need to know what master b/r mattress is, please)! The beach is a short (~30’) walk from the back patio. The beautiful gulf waters and your umbrella and chairs setup are a short walk from there. Order a golf cart to rent for maximum fun!

Perfect Location

We truly enjoyed visiting this well appointed property. Being directly on the beach can't be beat, and the decor and room set-up made it comfortable for everyone. The owners could have made this a 5 bedroom, but decided to keep it 4, allowing for an extra living space with a "pull out" available if needed. We enjoyed having the extra space, small bar and freedom to come & go from the beach without walking through someone's room! There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen is well equipped if you prefer to dine in. The ice machine was a nice surprise and we loved the convenience of it. We will be back!
