We evacuated our home during hurricane Helene and booked this condo on the road late at night. They immediately sent us a text with instructions which was great. The directions were not correct but luckily my husband was able to find the place in the dark. It was perfect in size for us and our 4 kids. The AC worked very well downstairs for the living room and kitchen, but it did not cool the upstairs where the bedrooms were. So we froze downstairs and were sweating at night upstairs in the rooms. We were not able to enjoy the beach because of the weather but it looked like a short walk down the road. The WiFi didn’t work so my husband discovered everything unplugged upstairs under the dresser in his search to fix it. Once everything was plugged in, the wifi password that was texted to us was different from the one written on a sign in the kitchen and neither of them worked. The appliances were very nice and new. The pedal on the trash can was broken and hanging off. The toilet paper holder in the downstairs bathroom came off the wall as soon as we tried to use it. There are sky light windows in both bedrooms so the rooms weren’t dark for sleeping.

A little disappointed...

Nice size townhome & great location, but in need of renovation & new furniture. Had several housekeeping/maintenance issues. Property mgmt was very responsive, but unable to resolve all issues. Was told property is scheduled for updating; would not stay here again unless that was done.

Quick walk to the beach. Quite community and enough space for a large family to comfortably stay. I loved having a full kitchen and washer n dryer! The only thing I could recommend is fixing the kitchen faucet and shower rail in the master bathroom. With that being said I would gladly stay here again! Great price and location!

Si la limpieza no te importa, quedate aqui

La casa debería tener mejor mantenimiento y limpieza para ser catalogada como 3 1/5 estrellas. Ademas dice que es para 8 personas y la cocina no esta totalmente equipada para dichas personas. Si esta bien ubicada, y la playa mas cercana es muy buena, pero no me volveria a quedar mas nunca alli.
