Whether you are lounging in the screened-in, wraparound balcony overlooking the pool, mixing cocktails in the chef-ready kitchen that has been renovated with new countertops, backsplash and new appliances or reading a good book in the comfortable living room - the open floor plan allows everyone to have room to relax while still being together. Celebrated extras like dining for 14, a Master Suite with a newly renovated Master Bath, and a charming loft bedroom/family room set a new standard for beach vacation rentals.

This sunlit and airy Hidden Dunes getaway also enjoys a wonderful location. Stay close by the Villa and swim in the pool, sunbathe at the beach, play on the professional Rubico tennis courts or work on your three pointers on the basketball court. Then again it’s a great place to purposely ‘get lost’ in the nature trails or in one of the hundreds of designer names across the street at Silver Sands Factory Stores.

Hidden Dunes offers six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface, which is the highest standard for clay tennis courts, and are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Proper tennis attire is required to play and we encourage you to call ahead to schedule a match or take advantage of our clinics and private lessons. 3 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
