I did not like how the heater in the room was locked to 72° and you could not make it any hotter than the 72° even though you turned it up all it did was blow cold air

Was kind of warm in the room. I couldnt get the AC to work, but we got there late enough, it wasnt worth the effort. We had to be up early to leave, but it was fine.

I have asked twice with two different times that I need a first floor room. I can’t do stairs and I have told them that. If there is a fire I wouldn’t be able to get off the floors. I have told them that each time I make my reservations. They seam to put us on the upper floors anyway.

Pretty clean, but the room was hot. Didn't sleep well due to it. Pillows were too hard. I do like them softer, but thats a personal preference. Overall would highly recommend.
