Close to the University District and downtown but in a quiet and idyllic residential area, this house is the best of both worlds! Nice updated finishes and amenities give you everything you need for a nice relaxing stay! Enjoy the private backyard or cozy up inside for a movie night on the smart TV. This home has something for everyone!

This home is located in the Lewis and Clark neighborhood near the University Athletic Fields and golf course. It's a few blocks from a coffee shop and taphouse and several neighborhood restaurants. All while being just a 5 minute drive to downtown, The University of Montana, and even closer to plenty of shopping and restaurants.
If you're looking to explore the outdoors, you'll find yourself just a 15 minute drive from several of Missoula's popular trailheads, river access, and just 13 miles straight to the parking lot of Snow Bowl Ski Resort.
