Our room was nice, quiet, clean. The desk person was very pleasant and answered all my questions. Breakfast was very nice, would have been nicer if we could of had waffles. But overall it was nice.

Quick hotel stay with our kids after a late flight. Just needed a place to stay and this place fit the bill. Front desk staff was friendly during our late checkin (midnight), and the beds were comfortable. Exactly what we were needing.

Room was very small for two people, and only came with one chair. But it was clean and the facility and room were not run down or dilapidated, like so many chain hotels can be. Evening check in staff was poor, casual dress and casual attitude. Morning check out staff Lisa was excellent. Dressed appropriately, cheerful, communicative, and helpful.

I requested non-smoking and the lady desk clerk told me that when we book through a 3rd party, that they only offer smoking rooms. I was very upset at the lady desk clerk! This is very cocerning. I told her that I have certain health issues and will not accept a smoking room. She finally gave us the requested non-smoking rooms after going back and forth. How inconvenient!
