Enjoy cathedral ceilings, lots of windows, comfortable furnishings and original ocean and sailing inspired art. Charmingly situated on quiet alley with no through traffic, we encourage you to relax on the small balcony porch - perfect for grilling, cocktails or morning coffee. There is a small privacy fence around a gravel yard, especially great if you're bringing a furry friend. We allow 1-dog, no cats. No central air conditioning. We have a window unit in the bedroom and the main room that keep property very cool and comfortable.
Located just a 10 min. walk to downtown Missoula for restaurants and shops, as well as St. Patrick's Hospital, with off street parking for two cars.
