Perfect stay except for agent at counter

Agent at counter rude, kept interrupting. Bragging about 20yrs of service. Wouldn’t offer late check out. Different agent at counter next morning very polite and gladly extended our check out time.

Pool Wristbands and Parking Fees!

We came to Missoula to visit our niece and nephew. I made reservations at this hotel because of the pool, so we could bring our niece and nephew to come swim with my kids. Come to find out after we made reservations, that you are only allowed 5 wristbands for the pool per room. There was no other way to get wristbands, so it kind of ruined our plans for the weekend. I also found out after reservations were made, that there is a $10 parking fee per night. So you have to pay to park at a hotel that you are already paying hundreds of dollars to stay at. When I asked why, all I was told was lots of hotels in the area are charging a parking fee. We also got a king bed room and our bed was a queen size. The facility was overall nice but it would have been nice to have some of these details prior to making a reservation.

Came for a 2 night vacation during spring break with 2 young children. Pros: water park was fun Cons:air filter was so clogged that room could never cool down and was 80 degrees uncomfortable and sweaty the entire time, besides the air quality and allergies we had. Didn't notice the air filter until the second day when we were leaving our would have had it replaced. Just thought thermostat wasn't working. Shower was really gross. Snot from previous guests nose blowing all over shower and shower curtain. Barf $10/night parking Breakfasts have really gone down hill. The only good thing was the waffles and they don't have them anymore. Husband went to get an English muffin and it was full mold on one side. Homeless campers lining the street next to the hotel. Lots of garbage and pet waste. Don't expect to go for a nice walk.

Worst trip

Probably the worst experience we had there to have the hot tub shut down by the workers who were on there phones most the time then started to yell at kids for being kids and then had no management to be able to talk to when we asked to talk to them was the worst place to go due to the staff!

No dining options. Arrived at 2:30pm and was told there would be no checking in until 4:00…checked in an hour before checkin time at the C’Mon Inn routinely. Slides for the pool were turned on around 4:00, but turned off at 9:00 even though the pool is open until 9:00. Wondering if the slides will even be on tomorrow before our 11:00 check-out time. If so…not so good. Room is good, screen is broken so I can’t open the windows. Staff is excellent - check-in was a breeze and front desk person was super helpful and friendly. Overall experience is a 3 out of 5 - just a few customer service things that need to be addressed. Possibility of us staying here again - probably not due to the pool hours & slides.

Comfortable stay.

This is a very aesthetically pleasing hotel. It’s beautiful and spacious. We had a king room with a pullout bed and it was very comfortable. There was a wonderful shower. In the mornings they offer breakfast and the breakfast was good. This hotel included an indoor water park featuring a water play area for the kids and a pool just for them. A bigger pool for adults and a hot tub also two slides. Service was very helpful. We had left something behind and the housekeepers looked everywhere for it and found it for us and got it to us no problem.
