We were very very disappointed with this property we went to stay at this property while we were waiting to go into our new forever home.
Not only did we not stay at this property we had checked in and then we were kicked out by a very very rude reception staff member we booked this property because they advertised that they are pet friendly but not only do they not allow animals they kicked us out with our service dogs out as well
My family just needed a place to stay for the weekend and instead we were made to feel unwelcome but they upset our disabled children they took our money and refused to refund even after not even being able to go to our booked cabin.
I would never ever recommend this caravan park for any family
It was a very very disappointing experience

Unfortunately there are times where social media is used to try and damage the reputation of a business. Whilst I often choose not to respond to reviews of this nature, on this occasion I can not allow these untruths to be written about our business. Our cabins are not pet friendly and this is clearly advertised on all platforms, advertising, park rules and signage at the front of our cabins. Secondly, we are aware of our obligations with regards to service animals and we warmly welcome any person with a service animal to our park and cabin accommodation. Your multiple number of cats and dogs that you attempted to put inside our cabin accommodation, did not fall within the guidelines of service animals, nor did you disclose to us that you were travelling with animals and your intention to home them within the cabin. Furthermore, when asked to produce documentation in regards to this, you failed to do so.No refund will be provided due to the cabin being unable to be resold to another guest as per our cleaning policy. A thorough deep clean and sanitisation was carried out to removed pet hair from all the furniture and bedding that you allowed your animals to go on. Thankfully on this occasion my staff witnessed the animals in the short time frame after you checked in and we were able to quickly stop any further exposure in our cabins. You were asked to vacate the cabin on this basis. My staff on the other hand were met with a barrage of abuse and to infer that my staff were anything other then polite and respectful is simply untrue.

Very clean, functional cabins in a quiet park. Very close to the main Mittagong and Bowral hotspots. Hosts were very welcoming and communication was excellent.

A small park with great and friendly staff. The cabin was spacious and had everything we needed. It was very clean, quiet and a place we will definitely return to for sure.
