저는 새로 오픈한 호텔을 이용하는 것을 좋아하는 편인데, 이번 로즈우드 미야코지마 숙박은 가격 대비로 보았을 때 아쉬움이 매우 컸습니다. 기대가 컸던 만큼 실망도 컸던 것 같습니다. 비수기임에도 불구하고 1박에 약 170만 원 수준의 요금을 지불했는데, 과연 이 가격이 합리적인지 솔직히 의문이 들었습니다. 낮은 가격이라고 보기 어려운 금액임에도, 그에 상응하는 완성도나 만족감을 느끼기 어려웠습니다. 특히 미야코지마의 유일한 5성급 호텔이라는 점이 오히려 더 아쉽게 느껴졌습니다. 선택지가 제한된 지역이라는 점을 감안하더라도, 그에 걸맞은 기준과 책임감이 충분히 느껴지지 않았기 때문입니다. 직원분들 개개인은 최선을 다해 도움을 주려고 하셨지만, 호텔 전반의 시스템은 아직 정리되지 않은 인상이 강했고 내부 직원들 간의 커뮤니케이션도 원활하지 않아 보였습니다. 전반적으로 교육이 충분히 이루어졌다고 느끼기 어려웠고, 5성급 호텔이라는 타이틀이 무색할 정도로 기본적인 운영 시스템이 아직 제대로 갖춰지지 않은 느낌이었습니다. 비수기라는 점을 감안하더라도 부대시설은 미흡했고, 이 가격대에서 기대할 수 있는 수준에는 미치지 못했습니다. 비수기에도 이 정도라면, 성수기에는 과연 이 가격을 정당화할 수 있을지 오히려 더 의문이 들었습니다. 개인적으로 성수기에 이용했다면 상당히 아깝게 느껴졌을 것 같습니다. 물론 오픈한 지 얼마 되지 않은 호텔이라는 점은 이해합니다. 다만 그럼에도 불구하고 개선해야 할 부분은 많아 보였고, 특히 디테일한 운영과 서비스 전반에 대한 재점검이 필요해 보였습니다. 이 가격대라면 로즈우드 미야코지마보다는 아만 계열 호텔이나 동남아 지역의 완성도가 이미 검증된 리조트들을 선택하는 편이 더 합리적이라는 생각이 들었습니다.

トータル的に素晴らしいホテルだと思います。特にプールとプライベートビーチは素晴らしく、日本には数少ないゆっくり寛げる空間で海外の方が多く非日常感が素敵でした。キッズクラブのスタッフの方達も非常に親切な方で安心して預けれました。レストランやホテルのスタッフもホスピタリティーは最高でした。ありがとうございました。
