3B/2B Modern Downtown Moab Townhouse - Great Location

Our modern 1500 sq. ft. twin townhome was built in 2015 in the center of Moab, just two blocks off Main Street. It's in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to some of the best restaurants and shops. Vaulted ceilings make the living space light and bright with windows facing east and south. Keypad entry. 50 amp electric charger for a fee.

Detailed attention to following CDC cleaning/disinfecting guidelines including high touch surfaces like remotes, light switches, doorknobs, etc.

Our granite and stainless steel kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils to make great meals. Relax in the open plan living room and catch your favorite series on the 50" flat screen smart TV with accessible HDMI ports.

The two downstairs bedrooms have comfortable queen beds and 32" flat-screen TV in each. The downstairs bathroom has a travertine walk-in shower and granite vanity. We provide starter soap, shampoo, and all linens.

On the second floor, enjoy a super comfortable king-sized bed in the master suite located on the second floor with 32" flat-screen TV, hickory hardwood floors and a walk-in closet. The bright master bath has a wonderful travertine shower, soaking tub, and granite vanity.

Enjoy a book or catch up on some work in the loft which has a practical L desk workstation, monitor, HP Officejet Pro 8275, and of course dual-band WiFi throughout the home.

Pack light and use our standard size washer/dryer with iron, ironing board, and detergent.

Off the kitchen and living room is a private back patio. Use our gas BBQ and enjoy dinner outside admiring the beautiful cottonwood trees along the back fence.

The two-car, carport had a large lockable bike/gear storage shed. You'll find chairs nearby to put on your gear and dust off the desert from your adventures. There is a bike shop just two doors down.

Exterior motion cameras are located on the patio, side yard, and, front door. They are there for the periods of time our home is vacant and for additional security for occupants.

The twin unit next door is owned by our friends and may also be available. A tall wall and gate separate the two rear patios, but the gate can be opened if both renters wish.

The property was neat and clean and ready to go, even had pool towels for the amazing Moab Aquatic Center, a walk away and a big hit. Also walking distance to ice cream store and an extraordinary Magic Show at the Community Theater on Saturday night. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for dinner in the long Spring evenings. Very comfortable and Susan was very responsive with any questions.

Beautiful townhouse in the perfect location. We were close to everything you'd want to do in/near Moab. The townhouse was clean, had everything we needed and was a perfect fit for three adult couples. Highly recommend if you're needing a nice rental in Moab!

Well thought out home

We had a family trip to Moab in the summer - hot week. This place was excellent. Very clean, modern, comfortable and cool in the summer heat wave. The kitchen, with a gas stove, provided for great meal preparation and clean up. We had a short 7 minute walk to downtown. Very close to several restaurants and coffee shops.

The townhouse on Williams Avenue was exactly as described. Very clean and was well appointed. The only downside was the outside area was not usable because of tent worms. This is a seasonal problem, it probably lasts 2-3 weeks. Moab has plenty to offer, loved the area.

Perfect Spot in Moab

This townhouse was perfect for our stay in Moab. It was spotless on arrival, very comfortable and well-appointed, and check-in was easy. Susan was extremely responsive both before and after booking. The location was so convenient. Quick walk to the main drag for food, coffee, shopping, etc. If I'm ever lucky enough to be in southern utah again I would certainly stay here!

Perfect Property For Exploring Moab

If you are visiting Moab and the surrounding national parks, this property is where you want to stay! Great location within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores and plenty of room for us 4 adults to spread out and enjoy this house. We ended up using the gas grill twice to cook dinner after long days of hiking. The kitchen has everything you need from utensils and pots and pans to plenty of spices and sauces to make a delicious meal. This house is exactly as described, and the owner is extremely reliable and responsive to any request. You cannot go wrong with this house!
