Good location. Room not clean.

The hotel is well located for evening stroll in Moab, however, the room was not clean. Although we mentioned to the front desk, the floor was sticky and dirty even after cleaning. The hotel provides cleaning service every other day, which is clearly contributing to the overall room condition. Breakfast was minimal, yet, we managed to find something to eat. Parking was available and sufficient.
