You have access to an additional 4 guest beds with memory foam which makes a super comfortable guest bed. These are located at the property and can be used and setup upon arrival wherever you wish to locate them.

KITCHEN: This spacious kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster, gas stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Large dining table seats eight. Double doors lead out to a large back patio equipped with BBQ gas grill, ambient lighting and outdoor seating, gas fire pit and 7-person private hot tub.

LIVING ROOM: This living space offers a plenty of room for your group sectional couch, 2 comfortable chairs and lots of table space. Enjoy your favorite show on a 55" Smart TV and entertain system. Perfect for watching movies or the game.

GAME ROOM: Is located in garages. Ping Pong Table (can be folded and stored) a 55" Flat Screen TV and Shuffleboard.

PADDLE BOARDS: You have access to 4 Paddle boards to use at Kens Lake 5 minutes from home or float the Colorado river 10 minutes from home. These are blowup paddle boards and are easily transported and comes with 1 life vest, pump and paddle.

GARAGE: Park your vehicles or toys in double car garage or on the street. The neighborhood allows street parking for trailers.

OUTDOOR PATIOS: Wrap around patio maximizes the spectacular red rock and La Sal mountain views. Grill your favorite meal on the BBQ and dine on the patio with a pergola cover and custom sunshade. We have a new 7- person spa for you to relax in after the long day of playing in the desert. In the evening you can sit around the fire pit with room for everyone.

HOT TUB ON PATIO'S: There are 2 hot tubs that are private for your use only. They are operational YEAR-ROUND. Hot tubs are new and is always kept in pristine condition.

PRIVATE OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool is private. It is HEATED YEAR-ROUND. We keep it at 82 degrees in the summer and 98 degrees in the winter.

GUEST AMENITIES: We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bath salts, hair dryers and makeup remover in all the bathrooms. There is a highchair and Pack- n- Play for the little ones.

COMFORT AND SAFETY: Heating and air conditioning along with Humidifiers are available in the home along with fire extinguishers and smoke detectors.
