My Husband and I were in a Handicap Accessible room and it was very nice, quiet, clean, and had plenty of space for my Husband to get around in. One of the best Handicap rooms we have ever had! We had another visitor who was not handicapped park in the accessible spot, after I talked to the gentleman at the front office, he found them another place to park and placed a chair with a sign on it showing reserved for the accessible room. I so appreciated him doing that for us!!!

Immediately showed up to people using meth in the back of the building. Physically saw them with pipes and the smell of it. Door was broken, lock broken, only 1 person working who didn’t speak much English. He refused to fix it, and verbally assaulted my wife making her very uncomfortable. He attempted to get into our room without permission. He lied to my face and disrespected me and my wife. Ridiculous. Law enforcement was called. Called the corporate help line and hopefully they can fix this. We left asap. This place is not safe. It is not ok. If you have a family or kids or pets or anyone do not stay here.
This is the guy who verbally assaulted us and refused to tell me his name.

The hotel is on the south side of Moab a bit outside of town. It is an older hotel so has some wear. The staff was great. The breakfast was standard and nothing super exciting. The rooms were clean but outdated. The price was good so i would stay again

Recommended Location

This place is amazing. The staff was the most helpful i have ever experienced. After a long day on the trails the pool and hot tub were a welcome relief. I look forward to coming back here again with my family.

Older property and high noise level. We could hear plumbing noises throughout the night. But if you are heavy sleepers, this might be a great hotel fof you. Decent breakfast options. Good location.

Quality Inn MOAB

We came in for 3 nights to go to the Arches and the Canyonlands National Parks. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. The area it was located in was main stream. close to markets and food.
