Great location -- biggest market next door. Walk to all the restaurants. Friendly staff. Clean grounds. Nice small hot tub felt great after hiking all day. Rooms a bit small but totally manageable. Pillows a bit flat. All in all, a great stay for Moab area adventuring and we would stay here again.

It was a lovely place to stay, in town of Moab, pretty easy access to Arches. We will stay there again if we go through Moab!

Cute property. Fits with the Moab Vib. Rooms are very small, but if it's just an overnight, this is perfect. Beds and pillows were super comfy. Be sure to run fan in bathroom as we had a bad sewer smell. But, it was handled sufficiently y running the fan. TV did not work, but as it turned out...we were only there to sleep. This little motel fit that need perfectly.

property was clean but dated. It was cozy and small. Perfect for outdoor adventures. Parking was horrible. But the staff was very friendly. Super quiet place to get rest at night.

This place is a let down. To say tiny room, doesn't really indicate how small the room is. There are 2 double beds and they are on the outer walls, no space around them. There is usually a chair and a little desk kind of table in these lower line motels, this place didn't have any and didn't have the room for it anyway. Quite disappointed. The pictures on website must have been taken from out in the hall because this was a tiny room, old, crappy windows, LOTS of road noise. Very disappointing. I would never recommend this place and would never go back.

Good location, easy walk into the town centre. Lots of dining, shopping and sightseeing options. Great base for National Parks in Southern Utah. Pretty basic accommodation but comfortable enough.
