Did a road trip for my birthday and found this hotel brand after staying at the first one our entire trip was at Springhill suites. I am also going to make a recommendation to my company. What a wonderful hotel this is.

There was very poor internet. Had to go to car to get more than 1 bar. Housekeeping straightens room and neglects to make sure there is enough body wash, shampoo, etc. This creates a separate ask. There was a cockroach in our bathroom and staff was not alarmed. The front desk person said” oh, they come out when it rains”. This is really appalling for a Marriott.
