Overall great- few things we noted were addressed by host. Appreciated the quiet and spaciousness of the condo. Only wish was that the pool would have been open- it was quite hot and my kids were disappointed.

Was a great spot. Nice and clean. Enjoyed having access to a fire pit outside. Would definitely recommend if you're going to Moab. It is a bit more remote. About 10 minutes from downtown, and 30 min to Arches National park.

We spent about a week here with other families staying in other units. This unit was the best for location, fully stocked kitchen, games in the garage for the kids to play, and the outdoor seating with the fire pit!

This home was absolutely perfect for me, my husband, and our two adult daughters. It's situated in a quiet neighborhood with a stunning view and was extremely roomy and comfortable, with lots of little amenities that made our stay even nicer. All rooms were very clean, with plenty of towels and tons of storage. The kitchen was well stocked and we really loved the large counter seating for quick meals (along with a full size dining table). Communication with the property manager was excellent and prompt. My only personal complaint was that the above-counter cabinet where drinking glasses are stored, is extremely difficult to reach as it is over a wide part of the counter. I'm only 5'3". Maybe a small step-stool would be helpful? Other than that, I HIGHLY recommend this lovely property and would stay there again in a minute!

Property is nice. Clean. Beds were comfortable, view is beautiful. We had a couple hiccups but management fixed them right away. Communication was great. Could be better kitchen equipment. One teaspoon, no liquid measuring cup, no small fry pan. Pool was nice, neighborhood was nice and quiet, beautiful view. Would recommend.

Moab stay

The condo was great, our group was very comfortable. The only problem was the sheets on the master bed, they were very stained and looked dirty. After a simple change of bedding we found in the unit, all was well.

Great family stay in Moab

This property was great! The host provided quick communication and quickly fixed the one little issue we had. The property was clean and we appreciated the clutter free, clean and well stocked house. It was the little things that made this stand out - fans stocked for the bedrooms, toiletries, and labels on light switches!! The bedrooms were comfortable and clean and provided plenty of space to spread out and unpack. This is a great place to stay with a family and would highly recommend.
