We invite you to stay at our condo: this modern 3 bedroom 2 bath unit has modern furnishings and appliances.

When you walk into the unit you will find an open living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen around the corner, down the hall will lead you to a complete laundry room, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a bathroom across from the bedrooms, next you will find the Master bedroom with a king bed and connecting bathroom and huge walk in closet.

This top (3rd) floor unit is very quiet with beautiful landscaping and plenty of parking with easy access to everything in Moab.

Spend your days out enjoying the multitude of activities and your evenings relaxing on the balcony looking at the majestic Moab red landscape to the Northwest.

If you have a large group combine this unit with our unit next door to accommodate up to 19. So NOTE YOU MUST RENT BOTH UNITS SEPERATLY TO ACCOMMODATE UP TO 19.

Beautiful, clean, modern, well cared for condo surrounded by beautiful red-rock cliffs. Third floor walk-up and view, perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning, and happy hours after hiking. 15 minute drive to Arches entrance, and 25 minute drive to CanyonLands. Several great State parks as well, such as UtahRaptor SP and Dead Horse Point SP. Kitchen is clean and well equipped for cooking meals. All beds are comfortable. 2 nice bathrooms. Great AC systems keeps condo nice and cool. Plenty of parking near to the condo entrance. Pool is nice and refreshing. Hot tub is hot and holds 12 people. Many restaurants very near by. Overall, a great experience.

I would highly recommend this place. We were looking for places to stay in the area and this was larger and more affordable than the other options we found. The place is clean, roomy, and comfortable. It was exactly as advertised and we had no issues. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area.
