The Villa was quite spacious, clean & tidy with comfortable furniture. The gardens out the front were lovely with beautiful roses of all colours, Terry was very nice. friendly & quick to respond to our needs. As for some advertised items in the listing, we were in unit 2. There was no clothes dryer, but I was able to get washing dry on outside clothes line, so no problem. There is also no safe, no games or DVD player, but it didnt bother us. The pool is definitely not heated, I was looking forward to a swim, but it was too cold for a non heated pool.Terry needs to change the listing. All those items aside, I would definitely recommend this property, we had a nice comfortable stay for the week. .

Very comfortable beds. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Well equipped kitchen.Very clean apart from the fan in the bathroom which had been overlooked. Would definitely stay again.

To use the place needs some tlc fan in bathroom was very noisy cupboard doors would not shut properly draws in bathroom not closing not very appealing outside gardens were well maintained

This property was perfect for our weekend stay in Echuca. It was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The area was quiet and we could easily walk to restaurants and shops. Would happily stay here again next time we are in Echuca.

Our Echuca/ Moama 10 day holiday !

The property needs an overhaul ! Carpets badly stained, vacuum cleaner useless, walls and ceiling need painting, toilet seat needs replacing. Heating good, laundry adequate and beds comfortable!

Clean and comfortable. Had everything except a dishwasher, but for the price it was really good. Lots of little extras. I especially like that there was good lighting for working, and two clothes airers for winter clothes drying. Nice grounds. There were a few minor things that need repair, but did not worry me. Only thing, which I am sure was just a housekeeping oversight, was there was only one toilet roll for my 5 night stay.
