Poor Manager/maintenance Support
Arrived and had to change room twice to get a room with a television that worked. No manager or maintenance onsite to check problem, waited until manager's husband came in and reset cable. Leaving for appointment next morning and a dog was waiting to get on elevator. Was later told it was a service dog, I work at the VA and see service dogs every day and it was not a service dog. The person at the front desk was very courteous but couldn't leave area to help because only person on-site after hours.

Nice place to stay during Mardi Gras
The hotel suited our needs. It was clean, well-equipped, breakfast was decent, and staff was friendly. We were there for Mardi Gras, our first, and dealt with major traffic and parking issues going from the hotel into the city. Could the hotel provide a shuttle? The hotel seemed pretty empty. It would have been great to have the option of using a provided shuttle.
