Very friendly clerk hostess checking me in. It was nice to see a smile after driving 4 hours with 2 dogs to tend to. She was very welcoming and gave me a great room. The room is great, so clean. The bed is comfortable. Shower and breakfast in the morning. We are all tucked in safe and sound! Also it's oddly busy on a random Sunday night but it's so quiet! Great place to stay!

Overall was a good clean room, the close proximity to the expressway made it somewhat difficult to sleep was very noisy the lack of a ventilation fan in the bathroom made it awkward

The staff at the front desk were courteous and polite. The room needs some deep cleaning and repairs. I booked the accessible room for my elderly mom. She was unable to use the shower because the shower seat is broken from the tile wall. Looked very unsafe. I reported immediately to the office. No other room was available. No compensation offered. My husband cleaned the bathroom mirror because it was dirty. Carpet needs shampooing. A lot of black mold on the balcony floor. Our family has stayed at the hotel at least fifteen times over the years and it is obviously that it needs some serious attention and upkeep. Prices at food restaurant area are very expensive. $9.99 for 2 bottles of water.
