Overall, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was basic but filling. The only problem was that, due to the lack of a non-slip mat in the shower or possibly an issue with the shower floor itself, my husband had a fall because it was extremely slippery. He hit his head, back, and hip. Honestly, even though we spoke with the front desk and requested an incident report, they never provided one. It truly was a miracle he wasn’t killed — if he had hit his head harder, the outcome could have been tragic. Guests really need to be aware, as this is a serious safety hazard. It is very dangerous, and he is still experiencing pain and bruising.

Black mold

Elevator flooring was nasty. There is black mold in the bathroom of room 208 ceiling. Trash can outside stayed full and running over the entire three day's we stayed there.

After checking into another hotel nearby & being very unsatisfied, we checked out & headed over to Comfort Suites. The staff was welcoming & the main lobby was modern & clean. We checked in to our room & we were very pleased. Very clean & smelt great in the room & walking through to halls. My only complaint was the size of the tv, it was hard to see from all three beds. The breakfast was mediocre but okay! Overall great stay.

We made a reservation, when we arrived, we were told they gave our room to someone else. They offered us two separate rooms, but would “have to charge us” for their mistake. Hotel was very nice, service not so much.

The Pictures on Expedia are false. The Property is very old needs to be renovated. My first room I had to switch because the bed looked like it had been laid in right before I got there the room was very dirty. The shower head was broken which led to water getting all over the floor the tv would not come on than I realized they had no batteries in the remote. The property is a no smoking property but I opened the closet to put my clothes in there and my clothes ended up smelling like smoke and I don’t smoke. Overall just a bad experience for the price of this room I expected much better. Will not recommend anyone staying here and I most definitely would not ever come back.

If i could give this property zero stars I would. The room I rented was Obviously dirty the tub haf a ring aound it the tub had stains dirt on the shampoo bottles and on faucet. The room smelled malodorous i stopped the housekeeper and Tried to ask her to clean the room. She stated she did not speak english and show me a list of rooms for her to clean.And that my room number was not on that list. I went down to the front desk and ask For the room to be clean And the person behind the desk said okay.I'll send someone. That never happened. There was a stain on the desk by the phone. The floors in the elevator and the second floor were dirty And stay that way the entire stay. I will not stay here again. I also have pictures.

The breakfast wasn’t good. The floors in the lobby and elevator were disgusting. It was unbelievably hot everywhere except the room. The fitness room is very small, no free weights, and barely any equipment to use.

The hotel is dirty. We had no towels in room. The ac leaked. The room smelled very bad. Would not recommend at all. Pressure sucked bad. Not enough pressure even to get the soap off your . Not all the breakfast items were working. Do not go there.

The stay was satisfactory. Last minute booking, so was grateful found at price we received. Multiple times front desk staff speaking amongst themselves before assisted. Had to interrupt and say pardon me before acknowledged. Floor in hallway had sand trackings. Staff was not concerned and was not cleaned. No cleaning service completed for 3 nights stay. All in all served the purpose.
