I can't really rate much due to the fact we didn't have a regular room. The woman who checked us in was SO accommodating for my 83 yr old mother, that she moved us from a 3rd floor room to a 1st floor one at the beginning of the hall. This room was still being renovated but was SO much easier for my mother and it was clean and comfortable.

Room 306 was sketchy as hell. The door was apparently previously kicked open so there was a huge open gap on the bottom corner of the door where it was kicked. Because of the gap, you could hear everything thats going all outside like if you were sleeping with the door open. There was also alot of gnats in the bathroom/ sink area.

It was an absolute disgusting hotel and we will be requesting a full refund. The bedding and towels were dirty, there were cockroaches on the beds and black mold in the shower. Do not stay here.

If I was able to give 0 stars I would have. The first room we rented was filthy, AC was missing the cover and didnt work and the curtain was hanging by the corner. We requested a different room which had a working AC but was just as dirty and unmaintained. The pictures are not up to date and do not represent the horrid state of this motel.

There was supposed to be a refrigerator in the room and there was nothing, not even a coffee pot. Half the outlets didn't work, the bed lights didn't work, there was no ice machine, no remote for the TV and they are infested with roaches! We went to the front desk twice and noone was ever there.

Terrible property. No breakfast as mentioned in the website. No microwave in the rooms or anywhere on the property. No television as the cable was out! A/C - heater hardly Rooms need to be updated; whole property needs repairs and updates. Elevator didnt work.

Smelt kinda funky when I first went in. The staff was great. The battery in the smoke detector was dead so it kept chirping. Had to go right back to the office to get battery! There was no hook up for tv. So had to get that from the office too. Later that night I noticed no toilet paper. Besides all that it was livable.
