The garden equipped with swimming pool, outdoor tables and chairs, barbecue grill allows you to eat, have fun and relax in the open air.
Furthermore, the villa is located in a strategic position for trips to the city of Genoa, a beautiful city known for its Caruggi, the Lanterna and the famous Aquarium of Genoa (about 30 km away), the beaches of Tigullio, in the Riviera di Levante, the closest is Chiavari just 25 km away but a few km further away are Lavagna, the beautiful Sestri Levante with its famous bays (the Bay of Silence and the Bay of Fables) about an hour's drive away you can reach the famous Portofino, Camogli, Santa Margherita Ligure and slightly further away but still reachable in a day Portovenere and the Cinque Terre.
