AprÚs avoir réservé, nous avons essayé de contacter la résidence afin de connaßtre les modalités de retrait des clefs et d accÚs à notre hébergement. AprÚs avoir tenté de les joindre sur 3 numéros, cette démarche est resté sans succÚs. Juste un appel a 19h30, pour nous informer qu ils étaient dans l incapacité de nous accueillir. Avec nos 2 enfants, nous avons dû rechercher en urgence une autre solution. TrÚs en colÚre contre ce prestataire !!!
