Rating this as a five because it’s a five for what it is, the category of hotel it is. Room was good-sized, bathroom was clean, check in was quick and easy. It’s not the Taj Majal, but it’s perfectly acceptable for what you’re getting at this price point.

There were dirty towels in our bathroom upon arrival, everything else was very clean. Our room was not the pictured room that i booked and when i spoke with the woman at the front desk she was absolutely no help to us. She said she could speak to the manager who wouldn't be on duty until the next day. When i book a room i make my decision based on the photos of the room. The room we got did not match the photos, so to me that was very upsetting.

The room had no working heat. The hotel admitted their system is in a mode where heating is unavailable and could only offer a portable heater. This was not disclosed before booking. The room was cold and uncomfortable, and I did not receive the basic service I paid for.
