The guy who checked us in was pretty surly, plus it sounded like we had a basketball team above us. No ice machine, and hard to get the "constant fan" going. However, the room was clean & nice and had no problem with that. There was a gate at the front that made it safe (good, because our door latch was broken)

DONT STAY HERE!!

It’s easier to say what went right here: nothing. The first room I got had bugs, no sheets in the bed, no smoke detector, no trash cans, and no latch for the door. I called the front desk if they could switch me. The guy on night duty, Andy, I believe started mocking me on the phone so I went to the office and asked for a new room. He was very rude and I had a long day of traveling it was so late I just wanted to sleep and he was very difficult. The new room was no better. The toilet was so dirty, still bugs, bathroom smells like pee, no coffee maker, freezer disgusting with mold, floor visibly dirty, shower didn’t work the whole nob was off…and much more. I’ve been at a travelodge before and it hasn’t been like this. You’re better off sleeping on the concrete for free.

The clerk was rude. There were homeless people all over the parking lot. The room was dirty and smelled. there were bugs in the bed. The door did not lock and the bathrooms were disgusting

I was in town for a graduation and needed a place to rest briefly before continuing my trip. Unfortunately, this property did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or comfort. Check-in was conducted through a small window, as there was no lobby available, which immediately raised concerns about the overall quality of the establishment. Upon entering the room, I was uncomfortable placing my belongings anywhere, as the space appeared unclean. The furnishings, including the bed and chairs, were visibly dirty, and the condition of the bathroom was unacceptable. The towels provided were extremely worn, stained, and resembled cleaning rags more than proper linens. Additionally, I found hair in the towels, which further confirmed the lack of hygiene. After attending the graduation event, I made the decision to check out early and find alternative accommodations. I did not feel safe or comfortable sleeping in the bed, due to concerns about potential bed bugs or other sanitary issues. I would not recommend this property and hope improvements are made to bring it up to an acceptable standard.

Room was disgusting. Non smoking room had been smoked in. Toilet broken. Sink had crack in it and hardly worked. Burn marks from cigarettes. Broken lamp shades. Burn holes in comforter. The room was dirty, someone left eyelashes in the shower, dead cockroaches on bathroom window, stained bedding, broken doors, hole in bathroom window, phone didn’t work. It was just disgusting. I put my own blankets on the bed and still got bit by something.
