I couldn’t believe that the room didn’t have an ironing board, an iron, no hair dryer. No shampoo, only 2 towels in the bathroom. No cups or utensils in the suite. The bedding was very thin. When I called to ask for the ironing board and iron they told me to go downstairs and get it, yet only gave me the iron. Honestly, I expected a lot more from this hotel/suite.
