The villas consist of a double bedroom, air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds, bathroom very large and comfortable with shower and sink, large kitchen, air-conditioned living space full of various dishes and accessories. The covered porch with roof, at the kitchen with table and chairs and sun loungers.
Of the homes you can choose between a veranda overlooking the main street entrance or veranda on the opposite side of the avenue (more private).

Perfect Cottage Near the Beach!

We loved staying at this cottage, right near the beach. Salvo couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating! We initially were a little tentative because we didn't see other reviews on the property, but we were so glad that we ultimately booked this because it worked perfectly for our family of 4. Maria di Modica is a beautiful spot, the beach is gorgeous, and restaurants and the town is charming. We would definitely stay here again!
