Surrounded by a splendid Mediterranean garden, Magnolia boasts a small above-ground pool, three panoramic terraces and a large patio for pleasant and relaxing outdoor living. These inviting outdoor spaces are joined by the villa’s comfortable interiors, divided between two buildings and equipped with all modern amenities, such as: air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, colour TV, washer-dryer, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. The main house has a large living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and laundry/small bathroom. The other three bedrooms and three en suite bathrooms with shower are located in the outbuilding. The ideal place for those wishing to spend a relaxing holiday by the sea, Magnolia is also an excellent base for reaching the nearby sandy beaches of Marina di Modica and Sampieri. In the surroundings are the most beautiful cities of baroque art in the Val di Noto, the characteristic villages of Donnalucata, Portopalo and Marzamemi, the Oasis of Vendicari and the Cava d’Ispica.
