I never had breakfast so I can't comment on the quality. The hotel was excellent in all respects, with the exception of the young man who handled my check in. He was rude and short with answers. I had booked a room with two beds. He refused to even check my reservation. He said he would have staff bring a rollaway bed to the room. I didn't spend $250 per night to have that kind of bed. There was a fire alarm one night and we all went to the lobby in a panic. He never told us when all was clear. I just happened to hear someone else mention it, but he never looked up from his phone. I would have fired him on the spot if I had been management. I love the hotel, and the rest of the staff were excellent, but his attitude and unwillingness to assist was totally unacceptable. If I had not just spent 20 hours on a plane, I would have changed hotels.
