Located in a quiet street, 500 meters from the Place de l'Eglise de Moëlan, the house of 105 m² is arranged as follows:
- On the ground floor, you will find a living room of 30 m² with an equipped kitchen (hotplates, traditional oven, microwave oven, fridge and dishwasher), a bedroom separated from the living room by a sliding partition, a bathroom and toilets.
- Upstairs, you have 3 double bedrooms including the master bedroom with Queen Size bed and a shower room with toilet. In front of the house you can enjoy the south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs as well as the enclosed garden of more than 400 m².

Une belle location qui meriterait un peu plus de soin
la maison est conforme a la description en terme de composition et de surface.
Bien située prêts des commerces qui peuvent se rejoindre à pieds.
La propreté est n'est pas forcement le fort de cette maison .Pour un prix de 1342 € pour une semaine on pouvait espérer mieux...
Frigo souillé à notre arrivée que nous avons du re nettoyer, nettoyage plus que sommaire de la plaque de cuisson etc.
Présence de toiles d araignée dans les angles des murs et toilettes du rdc dans un état vétuste notamment les murs .
la terrasse bien que d'une belle superficie et d une belle exposition est décevante quant au mobilier:
les fauteuils dont les boiseries sont plus que vieillissantes manquaient de coussins et le peu qui restait était dans un état plus que crasseux( cela est très bien dissimulé sur la photo de l annonce)
le jardin devant ou derrière la maison, pourrait avoir plus de charme si l ensemble n'était pas laissé a l abandon , envahi par les mauvaises herbes.
nous avons apprécié la cuisine aménagé très complète en terme de vaisselles et de batterie de cuisine
les chambres spacieuses, le confort du couchage et les salles de bains bien agencées et qualitatives

La maison est grande fonctionnelle il y a un beau jardin une belle terrasse par contre la salle de bain aurait besoin d un rafraîchissement il y a une odeur désagréable on a beau ouvrir tous les jours mais rien n y fait un petit coup de propre en dessous les sanitaires serait utile

Maison très confortable et bien située.
Je recommande cette maison où il y a tout le confort. Très bien située on peut aller à pied dans les commerces. Nous avons été très bien accueilli.
