A week of noise in the middle of a funfair

I have booked with Vrbo many times and have recommended them several times. Unfortunately a third party was involved in this booking Hosticasa my first and last time to deal with them. Everything went ok until we arrived at the apartment which was advertised as being in a quiet area with free car parking in car park in front of apartment, with sea view. There was a travelling funfair taking up the complete carpark blocking any sea view also the noise was terrible even inside with doors closed. When I contacted Hosticasa they said they knew nothing about the fun fair and if I wanted complete silence I should have stated this when booking . The apartment itself was spacious clean and functional. Poor quality bedding ,stains on internal pillows .There is also quite a lot of noise from adjoining apartments and road noise . There was also road repairs going on which started at 7.30am . I can fully understand that some noise is beyond anyone’s control like the road repairs but to be landed in the middle of a fun fair that was in Full swing up to 12.30pm is totally unacceptable .It was there from the 24th janurary so I am quite sure they knew of its existence before we arrived on the 2nd Feb . I certainly wold not recommend booking through Hosticasa . Arguineguin is actually a lovely small town with nice restaurants and people are lovely I will certainly return but not through Hosticasa.
