This newly furnished 80 sqm apartment with a shared pool and large private sun terrace with garden furniture is located in Puerto Rico, in the south of Gran Canaria. The 2 comfortable and modern bedrooms with king size beds and a bathroom can accommodate 4 people. The modern kitchen-living room with a microwave, a toaster, a kettle and a coffee machine is directly connected to the living room with a comfortable sofa. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a television and a baby bed. The shared pool invites you to cool down on hot days and you can also enjoy relaxing hours of sunbathing on the sun loungers. On the private terrace, garden furniture invites you to have breakfast in the morning or a cocktail with a mountain view in the evening. In only 7 minutes by car you will reach 3 beautiful beaches. The wide sandy beach, Playa de Puerto Rico, invites young and old to spend long days at the sea. Restaurants can be reached in only 2 km (5 minutes by car), and a supermarket in 4 minutes by car.

We had a lovely stay

We had a really nice stay at the apartment. We mostly enjoyed the large terrace, which makes the place feel very spacious. The beds are super comfy! And although the motorway is rather close, you don't really notice it. The apartment is very functional, the only thing that could be a nice addition (if I may make a suggestion) would be a few hooks on the walls to hang jackets and bags. We didn't get to meet our host in person, but she was very responsive with any question that we had or assistance that we needed. Thanks for a lovely stay!
